Brewing Instructions

Step 1

Heat 180 ml water to around 80°C

Step 2

Add 1 teaspoon (2g) whole leaves

Step 3

Steep for 2–3 minutes

Step 4

Strain into a cup and sweeten if desired

Step 1

Use 2 teaspoons (4g) whole leaves

Step 2

Follow the hot brew method above

Step 3

Allow to cool, then refrigerate

Step 4

Serve over ice and sweeten if desired
